Shipping Policy
Wow, things go quickly nowadays. thinking about trying something new one moment the next you have a delivery at your door. We know things move quickly and we will also do our very best to get your goods to your door asap. If you live in any main regions in SA, like major cities and areas, we'll have your products at your door step within 3-5 working days.
But if you are lucky enough to live in the outlying areas of our beautiful nation it might take our courier guy's a bit more time, we suspect its because they love sight seeing just as much as we do. Please practice patience and maybe give your delivery guy a tip, life advice or just a good old smile when he gets there.
RN we don't (because we can't) ship to any areas outside of our beautiful RSA.
Return & Exchange Policy
Everyone wants to be happy, similarly we want you to be happy with the investment you made here and the products we offer you, which is why we go through every effort to make sure you get the best of the best and nothing less.
But we also live in the real world and sometimes circumstances just don't allow for happiness to flow continually (boo for us). This is why we have a great R+R policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your product please let us know so we can replace it or credit your account. If you want to return it for a full refund please do so but bear in mind that your product needs to be returned sealed and unused.
If your product was delivered damaged, please let us know, take a pic of the damage and we will get on our mythical horses and come to the rescue as soon as we can.
We hope you don't need to return anything for any reason, but if you do we got you.
